Pinstuck Pincushions. The original pincushion is an antique made with straight pins stuck into a perfectly plain pincushion with a hand-pleated ribbon edge. The design is charted to either stitch or to work with pins.

Materials: 36-count Legacy Linen from Picture This Plus and hand dyed rayon ribbon from Lady Dot Creates in Grubby Jack and Rainy, one-half inch wide. The stitched version uses Needlepoint Silk in #976.
