Designer's Note: Based on a silk gauze antique embroidery in my collection, this plump, pampered cat is adapted for linen and finished as a drum - although easily framed up or finished as you like.
Model stitched 1 over 2 on 36ct Shiloh from Needle & Flax (comparable to DMC 422) with Classic Colorworks and Weeks Dye works threads. DMC alternatives provided.
Stitch count: 166 x 80. Contains some satin stitches.
Finishing: Drum finished with Weeks Dye Works wool in Collards herringbone, and Cinnabar. Lady Dot Creates Vintage mini pom poms, Toast rayon ribbon.
