Originally released as a fundraiser collaboraiton, Hearts for Pam designs are now avaialble as individual releases!
The Hearts for Pam Thread Pack contains 10 skeins of thread and can be used to stitch these designs (you'll be able to stitch several patterns using one thread pack but keep in mind you may need an extra skein of some colors depending on which ones you stitch!)
