Shipping policy

All orders ship from Santa Rosa, CA. TopKnot Stitcher Shop is an online-only business and cannot accommodate in-person visits. Thank you for your support and for shopping with us!

Order Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. However, some orders may take 5-7 business days to ship. Items marked as Pre-Orders or made-to-order may require additional fulfillment time, as noted in the product description. Shipping Methods
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, typically through Ground Advantage Shipping with tracking. If you require express shipping, please contact me at abby@topknotstitcher.com before placing your order.

Responsibility for Packages
Once your package is scanned by USPS, I am no longer responsible for it. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout, as errors may result in delayed or undelivered packages. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact me before placing your order.

I am not responsible for missing packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please first check with your local post office, as they are often able to locate it quickly.

International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is only available to Canada. Orders will be shipped via USPS unless another method is arranged in advance by contacting abby@topknotstitcher.com. I am unable to modify the declared value on Customs forms, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred upon delivery.
