Designer's Note: As might be apparent by my catalog of designs, I love being inspired by piece of lace. In this case, I took that inspiration in a blackwork direction. While this is stitched with black thread, I always tell stitchers to not limit themselves to thinking that blackwork can only be done with black thread.
