When the traditional lyrics had me stumped for designs I decided to get creative and use the ultimate lord of christmas- Santa, as my muse! You can see him leaping over a sleeping village as gifts and Christmas magic (represented by metallic thread) spill from his overflowing sack!

Sampler Fabric: 40 count “Fog” from Picture This Plus (see designer notes below)
Tree Fabric: 36 count “Sapphire” from Fiber on a Whim

Rainbow Gallery Petite Treasure Braid Metallic thread in PB04 (silver) was used on both pieces.
