Inspired by a cased daguerrotype found in the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC) online archives, this semi-reproduction interprets the motif embellishment that’s debossed into the velvet on the left side of the case.
2 pattern versions included: regular and assisi (inverted)
Regular: 54 WIDE x 82 HIGH, stitched on 36 count Huntress linen by Picture This Plus using Classic Colorworks Antique Lace (DMC conversion: 822)
Assisi: 58 WIDE x 86 HIGH, stitched on 18 count Discord aida by Picture This Plus using Classic Colorworks Bing Cherry (DMC conversion - 777)
