This piece was inspired by the idea of a vibrant still life, featuring a pottery vase in traditional Delftware colors, and some beautiful Rembrandt style tulips. The color scheme is fairly narrow, so it would be easy for stitchers to change to their favorite flower palette.
Stitched on 40 count "Spicy Mustard" linen from Fiber On A Whim. Stitch count is 122 x 102. The model is finished with a scalloped opening picture frame (mahogany) from Signed and Numbered.
