The holiday of Rosh Hashanah occurs in the early fall and it is the new year celebration in the Jewish calendar. The apples and honey and the shofar (a horn blown on this holiday) on this design will be familiar to anyone who celebrates. This is the first of a series of Jewish holiday postcard designs
