Designer’s note – My lace design series is inspired by old pieces of lace, honoring the delicate beauty of vintage needlework. A number of stitchers shared with me their wish for a design in this series that would be a bit smaller than many of the others, and so the idea for Lovely Lace was born.
Stitch count: 157 x 159
Fabric: 36 count Garnet linen from Weeks Dye Works
Threads: DMC Blanc Floche (2 strands of DMC Blanc floss can substitute for Floche)
